Rose has carved out a path for passionate, purpose-driven, and principled people in both industry and ministry to do life and business together. With a multifaceted background, she serves as a coach, consultant, author, minister, and nonprofit executive. Her literary contributions include two impactful books: "Faith Talk Fear Walk" and "Motherhood, Ministry & Marriage." Rose embarked on her ministry journey through Grace By Faith Network, and established a platform for Bible-based teachings, comprising over two hundred enlightening sessions. Additionally, she launched Next Steps Elevation, LLC, leveraging her expertise amassed over two decades in designing, developing, and implementing workforce education programs across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Combining her education and experience, she has been dedicated to addressing the educational and enrichment needs of historically underserved communities, with a focus on fostering social capital and economic mobility.
